Emotions can be explored best through the body as a good and safe reference point because the human body directly reacts to emotions. Have you ever noticed yourself…
… a sore stomach can hint toward suppressed sadness and anger. … a constant neck tension speaks about fear and excessive control.
The practical tool kit of Emotional Mastery takes people through thorough training on how to gain Emotional Freedom. Part of the course is a series of exercises based on Yoga Postures to specifically release emotional tension from the body in only 15 minutes.
In 7 modules you will learn in a very practical way, what is an emotion versus a feeling and how to be in control of those emotions without medication and suppression. You will learn about what triggers strong mood swings and how to become naturally calm and mindful.
Module 1: What is Emotion – Let‘s clarify how we can define an emotion and distinguish it from thought and feeling.
Module 2: Mapping the emotions in the Body – The body stores inherently emotions. We will map, where that is for you and what it means to you.
Module 3: Emotional triggers – We will explore what triggers emotions in you and why.
Module 4: The Inner Child – We will discover the „young part“ in you that often holds very strong feelings.
Module 5: Inner Child and Adult – You will learn how the adult can receive the inner child in a new way.
Module 6: Expressing Emotions – This chapter teaches you to express yourself freely without harm.
Module 7: Emotional Mastery –We will explore how emotional healing can bring your life to a whole new level.
All these 7 sessions I will adapt to your very own needs and requirements. This is truly successful because it opens body and mind to the same extent. Embark on a journey of release, and inner peace and open up to an everlasting source of energy.
